How does a merchant review their transactions?
You will receive access to our reporting and account management panel that will provide complete access to transaction information. You can generate custom statements for all transactions that have been processed, and download them in common spreadsheet formats. Through the administration panel you will also perform typical day-to-day administrative functions such as issuing refunds.

What happens if a customer's credit card is declined?
The transaction will not be approved and the customer will be notified that the transaction has failed. They are then given the option to try again, either with the same or a different credit card.

When is the transaction processed?
Transactions are processed in real time format, immediately after the customer submits the information for approval.

How often are deposits sent to the merchant?
For US and Canadian merchants, funds are deposited into the designated bank account weekly, with a one week delay. For merchants from other countries, funds are deposited weekly with a one month delay.

Which Credit cards can I accept?
You can process all the major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Eurocard, and JCB. You also will be able to accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Visa or MasterCard logos.
