Do you include everything I need to accept credit cards?
We include everything that is needed to accept credit cards on your website. We provide both a merchant account and payment gateway access with real time credit card processing. There are no additional or hidden fees.

What is a merchant account?
A merchant account is a special bank account that enables a business to accept payment by credit card. You must have a merchant account in order to accept credit cards.
How does e-commerce work?

What is required to be approved for a merchant account?
We pride ourselves on having the easiest application process in the industry. It is extremely fast and simple. The online application form can be completed in less than two minutes. After the initial online application you will be contacted by a representative that will explain the application process to you, and answer any questions that you may have. Very little documentation is required for the merchant account:
• Bank Compliance Form - You will take this to your bank and have them fill it out out, which tells us where to send your funds.
• Merchant Agreement - You will sign and date this document.
• Balance Sheet - This is a short, one-page financial statement for your company.
That is all the documentation that is required. The process of applying and being approved for the merchant account is incredibly fast and simple -- you can be fully approved within just 3 business days.
Do I need to be incorporated in the US?
There is no need for US Incorporation or to obtain a US Mailing Address. The system will work with your existing bank account in the country in which you conduct business. Our merchant account solutions are available to merchants located in virtually any country in the world.
Can International Merchants Get A Merchant Account?
Our focus is primarily on the Canadian market, because we are a Canadian company. However, we are a premier provider of merchant accounts not only to Canadian business, but to international business worldwide. Our merchant accounts can be used by companies located virtually anywhere on the planet, with the same ease of setup and inexpensive pricing.
How do I start collecting payment online?
We offer 3 different options to our customers, so that they may begin accepting payment online as quickly and easily as possible. The 3 different options are setup so that we are able to meet the needs of all our clients - complete ecommerce solutions for merchants, and custom development information for webmasters.
1) We are able to provide complete development information for webmasters so that they can custom build a website to be compatible with our payment gateway. This can be done relatively easily, through a number of methods. The complete documentation is available upon request.
2) If you would prefer use a third party shopping cart program, we have a detailed list of third party shopping cart programs that are already compatible with our payment gateway.
